Unleashed DKP System

Unleashed uses a modified DKP system for 25 mans. Players earn DKP by being in an official raid or on the official sitout list while a raid is in progress. 1 point will be awarded for being on-time (online and ready at 9:45pm server), 1 point will be awarded per hour of raid time. The on-time point is awarded at the beginning of the raid, but the hourly points are awarded at the end of the raid. Sit-outs will be awarded DKP just like participants in the raid including on-time points.

Loot Distribution Via DKP

So the basics here are that when something drops, we'll ask for interest. Those interested would then whisper the Loot Master (we'll say who) that they're interested. The reason for the whispers is so that you can't force someone who would take something uncontested to spend the percentage. The winner will be the person that currently has the most DKP.

If you want to pay full price for a piece of gear whisper “interested” If you want to only pay 5 DKP for a piece of gear whisper “5” and if you want a piece of gear for offspec whisper “offspec” Please refrain from whispering the loot master with stories of how the loot is a moderate upgrade or if someone is more interested let them have the loot. The person with the highest DKP who bids will receive the item in question.

Please understand that in order to keep the looting process moving in a timely manner, we will only be accepting bids during the time requested for that item. We will announce when bidding for an item closes, after this time no further bids will be accepted. In other words, make sure you know what you are after as we will not wait for you to spend time doing comparison's before bidding. This also applies to "5" bids and "Offspec" bids. If at the end of the bidding period and no one bids, it will be DEed regardless of if you whispered after the bidding closed.

Currently the breakdown is as follows:

Tier items (T8, T9, etc), or one of the specified weapon types (MH, 1H, 2H, gun or bow) if contested the winner will lose 50% of current DKP, or 5 points, whichever is greater. Non-contested, they'll lose 5 DKP (Tier excluded as you will always pay full price for it).

All Non Tier Main Spec gear: if contested the winner will lose 35% of their current DKP, or 5 points whichever is greater. Non-contested, they'll lose 5 DKP.

All Offspec Gear: Contested or Not = 1 DKP

DKP Stipulations

- If only one person says they want a non-tier item (including weapons listed above), they'll get it for 5 dkp

- If more than one person says Percentage, then the item will go to the person with the highest DKP and they will lose the specified percentage.

- If only one person says percentage (regardless if others say 5), they will receive the item for 5 points

- Bidder with positive DKP beats bidder with negative DKP but still pays full amount for item in question

- If bidder is in negative DKP, the max they can pay for an item is 5 DKP

- If the only bidders for an item have negative DKP, they all roll off for the item

- If there are multiple bidders for an offspec item, they all roll off for the item

- If there are multiple bidders for 5dkp, they all roll off for the item

- Main spec Teir items go for 50% of current DKP regardless of if they are contested or not. Only time they get the item for 5 DKP is if they are under 5 DKP, or it's an offspec in which that case they get it for 1dkp. (this is mainly to soak up items that are being de'd right now or to give someone a chance to get some off-spec items relatively cheap)

Socialites and Raiding

On the off chance that a socialite is asked if they wish to raid that night, they will be governed by the following rules.
- A socialite will not earn any DKP while raiding with Unleashed
- A socialite will not contest any item being bid on by a member
- A socialite will only get an item if no member bids on the item. This also includes off spec biding by members.
- A Socialite will not need to pay DKP for items that they get while raiding with us.
- While in raid the socialite will be expected to follow the raid rules available HERE. Breaking said rules can result in dismissal from the raid or no further invites extended to said person.
- A socialite is expected to leave the raid when a full member logs on that can fill the role that socialite is currently filling.
